AMEI Aims to Bring all Minority Educational Institutions together

To bring all Minority Educational Institutions working at all levels Of learning permitted, recognized, affiliation or accredited or Seeking permission, recognized, affiliation or accreditation from state, central or international board or bodies situated in any part of India or abroad together, on one platform.
To create awareness about issues and challenges legal, administrative, academic human resources development facing minorities educational institutions and create common vision, strategy, organizational structure, system and process for solving issues and addressing the challenges.
To advance promote, cultivate, improve, help, disseminate and encourage member institutions improve their image, quality and strength through good governance and management and to be the reflection of the changing times, so as to help the society at large.
To Co-operate and engage with non member institutions, associations, federations, societies trusts forum and other such bodies having common objectives, wholly or partly.
To strive for empowerment of the socially disadvantaged groups in general, minorities in particular to ensure inclusive growth, social justice, Enquiry through affirmative action’s so as to bring them at par with the rest.
To Represent its members at all levels of governance and guard against unnecessary government regulations, policies and interferences from stake holder and to resolve problems and difficulties which arider due to the responsibilities and scope of work. Negotiate and seek legal recourse/reprisal of any order contrary to the interest of the member institutions.
To create Co –operative relations with different stakes holders including service providers, educational experts, investors financial institutions and media.
To foster the pursuit of high moral and academic standards of member institutions by conducting training workshops evolutions, basement and other quality education modules and procedures on all operational and administrative issues.
To take up services related to health needs, comprehensive health care of all connected members institutes.
To publish print and sell books, periodicals, research papers, books, journals, newsletters pamphlets, advertisement, study material and course work.
To get into agreements, joint ventures, Liaoning engaging, lobbying with other institutions , organizations, bodies private, autonomous, semi government, government whether local national international to attain the objectives of the associations.
To do all such lawful acts, deeds or things either alone or in conjugation with other organizations as are incidental or conclusive to attainment of the objectives of the associations.
To avail all provisions of the constitutions of India for the benefits socially disadvantaged and marginalized communities in general and Muslims in particular, as covered under Articles 25-30 of the constitution of India.
To Organize Conventions, Camps, Conferences seminars, Meetings, study group, visit projects, Etc.
To borrow funds, receive grants/ donations/ loans in cash or kind to the objectives of the Association.
To establish and manage institutions for the attainment of aims and objectives of the Association.
To frame schemes, regulations or bye laws and alter, modify or resend the same and to vary, change and modify the objects of the association, if sanctioned by the general body of the Association.
To sanction and release scholarships to the needy/deserving and Minorities students are all level of learning’s.
To utilize the whole or any part of the income or assets of the society for its legitimate expenses and for charitable or educational objects.
To seek affiliation accreditation and grants from multinational national, government, semi government, autonomous and other financial and / or educational institutions for finding its educational, training and research initiatives.
